All conference attendees, including outside counsel, in-house counsel, corporate representatives, conference sponsors, and CLE speakers are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.

Registered attendees will receive a discounted Group Room Rate: $299.00

*Exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes, resort fees and occupancy fees.

You must be registered for the Conference to reserve a room at the group rate.  Registered attendees will receive a link to reserve their hotel room for the Conference in an email confirming their registration. Any rooms reserved at the group rate by non-registered individuals are subject to cancellation without prior notice. The group room rate will be honored three (3) days before and after the Conference dates, subject to room availability.

Please register for the Conference as early as possible.  The group rate will be available until January 19, 2024, or until we have reached capacity.
