This submission site should be utilized by candidates running for one of the following offices representing the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Southeastern Region:

• Regional Director
• Regional Treasurer
• Regional Secretary
• Regional Member At Large
• Nationally Endorsed Candidate

Pre-requisite: Candidates submitting collateral have declared their intent to run for office and have received official clearance from the nominating committee.

The submitter will upload the following information:

• Candidate's First and Last Name
• Candidate's Mobile Phone Number
• Candidate's Email Address
• Candidate's Chapter
• Office Candidate is seeking
• High-res photo of candidate (head-to-torso photo)
• Audio for Walk-Up Music

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The high-res photo maximum file size is 10 MB.  The file must be submitted in one of the following formats:  *.jpg, *.png, *.jpeg, *.tiff, *'gif
• The audio file must be submitted in one of the following formats:  *.mp3, *.mp4
• The first 15 seconds of the walk-up music will be played.  If submitting an entire song, the first 15 seconds of the song will be played.  You may submit a cropped/edited audio clip if you want a specific 15 seconds from a certain song to play.

ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2025, 11:59 PM EDT.  NO EXCEPTIONS
