While in Jamaica, delegation members will stay at the all-inclusive, Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Rose Hall resorts. These accommodations share complementary facilities and offer free flow access between both properties.  Hyatt Zilara is an adults-only resort; Hyatt Ziva is family friendly. The Hyatt Ziva is located closest to the meeting space we are utilizing during the mission trip. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note: A non-refundable two (2) nights deposit will be charged to your credit card, based on double occupancy. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. The deposit will be charged per person.

** Attendees may not book a hotel room until registration is completed and paid. In the event a room is booked without a complete registration, the hotel reservation will be removed from the room block and not eligible for the group rates listed. **

  • Please note, hotel rates do not include the registration fee, airfare or travel to/from Montego Bay.
  • Your indicated bed preference (King or Two Queen Beds) will be provided to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hotel Check-In:  3:00 PM | Hotel Check-Out:  11:00 AM.

Extending your stay
Group rates are available (3) three days before and (3) three days after the scheduled mission trip dates; subject to availability. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the mission trip dates, simply select your desired dates at time of booking.
