The NCNW 61st National Convention begins in: 

Before you begin, please carefully review the following notes:

• Each affiliate organization is entitled to have five (5) voting delegates with one (1) full vote each.
• Each section in good standing is entitled to have three (3) voting delegates with one (1) full vote each.
• Every Life and Legacy Life Member may attend as a voting delegate with one full vote.
• ONLY select National Affiliate Voting Delegate if you were appointed by your organization's president
• ONLY select Section Voting Delegate if you were appointed by your section's president)

• Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by email to support@eventsibles.zendesk.com by the original registrant at least two weeks before the event (September 25, 2024). We encourage anyone who has registered, but who cannot attend, to find a substitute to attend in her place. No substitution is allowed within the last two weeks before the event.
   
• All refunds are subject to a $50.00USD administrative fee. If canceled up to four weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.  Processing fees are non-refundable.
   
• If canceled between four and two weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.  Processing fees are non-refundable.
   
• Approved refund requests will be processed beginning the week of October 21, 2024 and before October 31, 2024.
   
• No refund is given if canceled within two weeks of the event.
   
• A charge from Eventsibles, Inc. will appear on your financial statements for your conference fees.  See our privacy policy for additional information.
