Advancing advocacy, elevating our awareness, and increasing our impact will be the focus for our Links at the U.S. Capitol event taking place March 20-22, 2024, in the nation’s capital.  We are excited to have our National Chair and Co-Chair of our Legislative Affairs Committee, Link A. Shuanise Washington, Prince George's County (MD) Chapter, and Link Yolanda Cash Jackson, Greater Miami (FL) Chapter, along with the National Committee Members leading our efforts.

The legislative, executive, and judicial branches of national and local government have significant impact on our daily lives.  During this gathering we will continue to focus on elevating our VOICE and our POWER through our VOTE. We have invited our Links members who serve in the U. S. Congress and other stakeholders and partners who are nationally known to share their expertise.

Attendees will gain greater knowledge about the legislative priorities of The Links, Incorporated. Congressional leaders and program participants will impart insights and strategies on how to protect our voting rights, advocate for issues affecting our communities, and continue in our fight for justice.  You don’t want to miss this opportunity to gather, to learn and to be inspired.
