Hotel Check-In Option 1:

Standard Hotel Check-In Process

  • Room Access Upon Return from Universal Studios
  • Tag luggage prior to arrival
  • Luggage stored in event baggage check-in location
  • When room is available, luggage will be placed in assigned room.
  • Standard check-in time:  4 PM.  Luggage delivered to room between 5 PM and 11 PM.
  • LTA will receive room keys upon return from Universal Studios.

Hotel Check-In Option 2: 
GUARANTEED Early Check-In (SOLD OUT)

  • Guaranteed Early Check-In 
  • Rooms available for check-in starting 7:00 AM ET on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
  • Guaranteed Early Check-In Fee:  $125 PER ROOM
  • PRE-REQUISITES:  The ENTIRE chapter must pay for all assigned rooms.
  • Upon arrival, LTA goes to designated pickup location for check-in and key distribution.
  • Availability:  First Come-First Served
