The Chapter Master Data Registration Site is designed to collect information in the following areas from each chapter:

• Necrology Report (passing between March 31, 2023 and March 29, 2025)
• Recognition of 25 & 40-Year Members
• Chapter Delegate & Alternate for the 48th Eastern Area Conference
• Chapter Anniversaries - Increments of 5 years (i.e., 5/10/15/20/25, etc.). For all chapters who celebrated a milestone anniversary between May 1, 2023- April 30, 2025 
• Chapter Program Exhibit Form

Before you begin...

• Review the information below which lists the required data points for each subject area.  
• Chapter Delegate and Alternate - Name, Current office held (if applicable), email address, mobile phone number.
• Necrology Report - Name of the Decedent, Category (Link, Alumna, Connecting Link, or Heir-O-Link), and Date of Transition,
• Recognition of 25-year (induction 1998, 1999, 2000) and 40-year Members (induction 1983, 1984, 1985) - Please provide member's name, email address, milestone year, chapter of induction, year of induction, photograph of member, and confirm if the member will attend the 48th Eastern Area Conference.
• Chapter Anniversaries - Charter Year, Anniversary Date, Photograph of Chapter.

Once you've completed the chapter registration, you will have the option to modify or update your record as needed.

The deadline to submit all information is Friday, March 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
