Your chapter's rooming list is considered compliant if ALL conditions listed below are met:
1.  The number of rooms allocated are assigned to teens, chaperones, etc.  You are not required to use all of the rooms allocated to your chapter.
2.  The number of teens and chaperones does not exceed the maximum number allocated to your chapter.  You are not required to use all of the teen/chaperone slots allocated to your chapter.
3.  The chaperone to teen ratio (1:5) requirement is met.

Any rooming list that does not meet ALL the conditions stated is considered non-compliant and will be returned to the Lead Teen Advisor and Chapter President for additional follow up.
