All journal advertisements must be submitted with full payment to guarantee ad placement. Chapter or Corporate checks accepted and must be remitted by May 1, 2025.  No personal checks.

Campaign ads for teens running for office are PROHIBITED.

Journal finished size: 8.5" x 11"

Ads must fit the following requirements:

• Camera Ready
• Digital format
• MS Word, MS Publisher of JPEG/GIF/TIF/PNG
• No PowerPoint slides and no PDFs
• Maximum upload file size: 10 MB. Files larger than 10 MB must be uploaded via a shared drive (e.g.,Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
• Please ensure that your ads are submitted in the proper dimensions! There will be NO FORMATTING OR ADJUSTMENTS made on ads. It is the submitters responsibility to ensure that the ad is correct.
