Souvenir Journal Submission Details - Deadline Extended: Due April 18, 2024, 5 PM ET
All journal advertisements must be submitted with full remittance to guarantee ad placement. Campaign ads for teens running for office are prohibited. Journal finished size: 8.5" x 11"
Ads must fit the following requirements:
- Camera Ready
- Digital format
- MS Word, MS Publisher of JPEG/GIF/TIF/PNG
- No PowerPoint slides and no PDFs
- Maximum upload file size: 10 MB. Files larger than 10 MB must be uploaded via a shared drive (e.g.,Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
- Please ensure that your ads are submitted in the proper dimensions! There will be NO FORMATTING OR ADJUSTMENTS made on ads. It is the submitters responsibility to ensure that the ad is correct.

Senior Gala Program Book Profile - Due April 21, 2024
The Annual Teen Leadership Conference is a celebration of the achievements of our Teens. The Senior Teen Program Book is a chance to highlight senior teens’ accomplishments and goals. This publication will be distributed at the Senior Gala.
The cost for a senior ad is $100 via Credit Card ONLY payable on this site.
In addition to the senior profile, you may upload your graduating senior's head shot (preferably the formal graduating senior photo) or professional headshot. The senior photo must be a 3" x 5" clear photo, such as a *.jpeg file.
Profiles and photos must be uploaded no later than April 21, 2024, 11:59 PM ET.
Please note that the Senior Teen Journal is SEPARATE from the TLC Souvenir Journal and the Up the Hill publication and does not use the same format.
Senior teens do not have to register and attend Teen Conference to submit a Senior picture, baby photo, and bio but are encouraged to do so. Photos will be used at the Region’s discretion. Photos may appear on social media postings.
SENIOR BABY PHOTO vs. SENIOR PHOTO: A Look at Then & Now
Deadline Extended: Thursday, April 18, 2024, 5 PM ET
The Senior Baby Photo vs. Senior Photo - A Look at Then & Now is a FREE submission for all Mid-Atlantic Regional Seniors. These photos will be used on social media and throughout the conference.
- A Senior does NOT have to be registered for TLC in order to participate in this.
- A cap and gown or suitable senior photo and a baby/toddler picture are sought. The senior photo must be a 3" x 5" clear photo, such as a *.jpeg file. The photo(s) should be entered at the same time.
- Photos must be uploaded no later than April 18, 2024, 5 PM ET.
- Please note that the Senior Teen Journal is SEPARATE from the TLC Souvenir Journal and the Up the Hill publication and does not use the same format.
- Photos will be used at the Region’s discretion. Photos may appear on social media postings. Photos deemed inappropriate for the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. brand will NOT be displayed.
