On behalf of the Regional Executive Board, I welcome you to the 71st Mid-Atlantic Regional Teen Leadership Conference experience. The conference will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina from June 13-16, 2024. A curated experience has been planned for you with the return of the teen lounge, a college fair, life changing community service projects and a trip to Carowinds.
The Regional Executive Board and Regional Teen Board in partnership with the Conway and Greenville Chapters have an exciting, informative and most memorable Teen Leadership Conference planned for you. We are pleased to present the 2024 Teen Conference Guide which contains information regarding registration, program highlights, fees for our souvenir and senior journals. The Teen Competition Guide will be presented in a separate document posted on the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Teen Conference Registration page and shared with your chapter’s Teen Advisors.
Every single detail of the conference has been planned with you in mind to reflect how essential our teen leaders are to the region and the national programming agenda. I can’t wait to see you in the Queen City where a most royal experience awaits.

It is my honor to welcome you to the 71st MARvelous Mid-Atlantic Regional Teen Leadership Conference. This program year, we have worked intensely to make this teen conference one you won't soon forget. While planning, your Regional Teen Officers have made your feedback and concerns our main priority following our previous conference. We will exceed your expectations, so expect the unexpected. I am confident that this year’s Teen Conference will bring us closer than ever before based on our interactions at Regional events.
Our Mid-Atlantic Regional Board, Regional Teen Board and the host chapters of Conway and Greenville are excited to see everyone in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our theme for this Teen Leadership Conference is “We Are Our Ancestors’ Wildest Dreams". Get ready for a weekend filled with hard work while also having fun along the way!
