Please Note:
- Applications are due by 8:59pm ET on the due date, unless otherwise noted,
- Late Submissions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Mandatory for Chapter to submit application
- One Entry Per Chapter for all awards
- All Awards, Names, etc. will be submitted via Electronic Form at the designated TLC site.
*Chapters should bring actual Chapter T-Shirt, Banner, and Display to TLC
