Travel Accommodations to Dallas/Ft. Worth
When you register for the meeting, you will provide information to secure air travel (if required). Please plan to arrive at one of the two approved airports in Dallas, TX:
- DFW - Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (15 miles from host hotel)
- DAL - Dallas Love Field Airport (5 miles from host hotel)
Travel Policy: Please be advised that all travel on behalf of The Links, Incorporated and The Links Foundation, Incorporated is economy class. The organization DOES NOT cover or reimburse first class travel. Frequent flyer miles and loyalty program points earned for participating in activities of The Links, Incorporated are the property of the traveler, and can be used at the traveler’s discretion for first class upgrades or other travel costs.
Before you begin, review any potential flights that you'd like to secure for the meeting. You will have the opportunity to enter the exact flight number and preferred airline.
Lodging Accommodations
The official hotel for the 2023 Governance Meeting is the Hilton Anatole.
For single occupancy, the attendee will be responsible for half of the room rate per night at the rate of $94.50 plus tax per night. The full room rate is $189, plus tax per night.
For additional pre/post nights, the attendee will be responsible for the full room rate per night at the rate of $189, plus tax per night.
