Thank you for your interest in the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. 2021 On The Hill Legislative Summit to be held September 9 – 12, 2021, in Washington, DC!  While it is our desire to host every teen that is interested in attending this event, due to COVID-19 restrictions and protocol there are a limited number of in-person spots available.  The purpose of this site is to declare your teen's interest in attending this year's OTH Legislative Summit as an in-person attendee versus a virtual participant.  Teens that complete the declaration process will be entered into a lottery where 20 names from each region will be selected randomly in the 1st drawing. After those selections have been made, a 2nd drawing will occur for the remaining slots, no matter which region they are from. You will be notified of your teen's selection and must complete the registration and make payment to secure the slot. Once all of the teen selections have been made, an adult chaperone/parent lottery by region will be conducted using the 1:5 chaperone to teen conference guidelines.  Only those teens and their designated adult chaperone/ parent may register and attend the official OTH events/activities.

The initial lottery is restricted to rising high school juniors and graduating seniors.  Priority will be given to graduating senior teens.

Please note that all selected attendees:

• Must complete the registration process within 48 hours of the registration open date (to be announced).  
• Must pay the registration fee:  $495
• MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than September 1, 2021 and upon request, provide proof of vaccination.

**Completing the declaration of interest and intent DOES NOT confirm your registration to attend the 2021 On The Hill Legislative Summit.  Completing this process only confirms your interest in attending this year's event and being placed in the lottery.  If selected, there are NO substitutions and you are required to make payment within 48 hours of notification**
