We are consulting with health regulations/governance on the proper way to verify and will provide the protocol during our orientation for the registrants.

After the Declaration of Attendance is completed, teens will be grouped by region and the 1st 20 teens from each region will be selected by a random generator app. They will be allowed to proceed with completing the registration and payment process.  A 2nd lottery will be held for all remaining slots regardless of region and then those teens will be allowed to proceed with completing the registration and payment process.

The adult chaperone lottery will be held approximately two weeks after the teen selection to ensure we have the 1:5 ratio from each region properly accounted for.
