A pre-event Webinar will be held for all confirmed registrants in August
You may convene as a chapter to defray the individual costs of viewing the event and engage your chapter teens in the experience from a virtual perspective.
Your must attest and declare during the registration process that any teen or adult attending will be fully vaccinated prior to attending and your vaccination documentation will be always on your person. We are consulting with health regulations/governance on the proper way to verify and will provide the protocol during our orientation for the registrants.
After the Declaration of Attendance is completed, teens will be grouped by region and the 1st 20 teens from each region will be selected by a random generator app. They will be allowed to proceed with completing the registration and payment process. A 2nd lottery will be held for all remaining slots regardless of region and then those teens will be allowed to proceed with completing the registration and payment process.
The adult chaperone lottery will be held approximately two weeks after the teen selection to ensure we have the 1:5 ratio from each region properly accounted for.
After registration has completed there will be an a la carte option will be provided to those who live in the surrounding area to attend the rally and concert event on Saturday.
Yes, you may travel with and lodge with your teen if you choose to do so, but you will not be allowed to attend any of the indoor events nor activities.
