Advancing advocacy, elevating our awareness, celebrating our achievements and increasing our impact will be the focus for our Links at the U.S. Capitol event taking place March 29-31, 2023, in the nation’s capital.  We are excited to have as this year’s Co-Chairs Link Roslyn M. Brock, Columbia (MD) Chapter, Chair Emeritus of the NAACP and Chief Global Equity Officer for Abt Associates, and Link Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Baltimore (MD) Chapter, Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Foundation and 49th Mayor of Baltimore, Maryland. Maryland.

The legislative, executive, and judicial branches of national and local government have significant impact on our daily lives.  During this gathering we will continue to elevate our VOICE and our POWER. We have invited our Links members who serve in the U. S. Congress and other stakeholders and partners who are nationally known for their work in civil rights, grassroot advocacy, politics, governmental agencies, business, education, healthcare and other areas to share their expertise.  We will host inspiring conversations with a goal to enlighten and empower attendees with the tools they need to be more effective and impactful on local, state, and national levels.  

Attendees will gain knowledge about the legislative agenda of The Links, Incorporated.
