COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease, and an inherent risk of exposure exists in any public place where people are present. While The Girl Friends, Inc. (The GF) and Loudoun County Chapter are taking steps to mitigate the risks to Conclave participants, The GF and Loudoun County Chapter cannot guarantee a COVID-19 free environment or eliminate the chance of infection and the health risks associated with it. By attending this Conclave, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

By clicking "Yes", you acknowledge for yourself, and on behalf of your spouse, escort, and/or guest(s):
- You are, or will be, fully vaccinated and up to date, when eligible, at least 7 days prior to the 87th National Conclave.
- You must upload a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card at least 7 days prior to the 87th National Conclave (all registered attendees will receive upload instructions on April 5, 2022).
- You will obtain a COVID-19 PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test 14 days prior to the start of the 87th National Conclave (all registered attendees will receive instructions on how to obtain your complimentary test by April 5, 2022). You must take and submit your test 4 days prior to your hotel check-in/arrival date. PCR Test should be returned via UPS using the provided shipping package.
- You must submit a negative COVID-19 test result at the on-site registration desk upon your arrival date in Cancun.
- If you, and/or your spouse/escort, test positive for Covid-19 you must notify Loudoun County (lcgfconclave2022@gmail.com) no later than Thursday May 5th, 2022 (see refund policy).
- You agree to book your accommodations only at the Conclave host hotel during your stay in Cancun, Mexico;.You have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the COVID-19 Conclave Event Policy for yourself, and on behalf of your spouse, escort, and/or guest(s).
