• Registration Fees for Girl Friends and Boy Friends are $500 each.
  • Early registration for The Girl Friends®, Inc. 91st National Conclave begins on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
  • You will receive an email with the official invitation to register and the registration link from NJGF Conclave Chair, Lyn Hamlin.
  • IMPORTANT:  A unique email address is required for each registrant (GF and/or BF).  If you are registering for another GF or BF, you need to use his/her email address and register him/her separately. 
  • Credit Cards are the only permissible form of payment.
  • Registrants will reserve a hotel room during the registration process.  Successful PAYMENT for Conclave Registration must be received to reserve a hotel room.
  • Late registration begins Thursday, March 26, 2026.   The late registration fee is $625.  Onsite registration is not permitted.
  • Conclave registration closes Thursday, April 9, 2026, 11:59 PM PT.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The last day to request a 100% refund of conclave registration fees is Sunday, April 12, 2026 (service fees are non-refundable). 
  • The last day to request a 50% refund of conclave registration fees is Wednesday, April 22, 2026 (service fees are non-refundable).
  • Fees for A la carte items are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided for registration cancellation after Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
  • Registrants must submit their cancellation requests in writing to NJGFREG@gmail.com.
