Advancing advocacy and increasing impact set the tone for our Links at the U.S. Capitol taking place March 29-31, 2023, in the nation’s capital. We will explore how to best engage the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of national local government.

Our policy will allow for a refund of the registration fee minus a $150 administrative fee thru Friday, March 17, 2023. Any request made after Friday, March 17, 2023, 11:59 pm EST will not be granted, and paid fees will be forfeited. All approved refunds will be processed after the event.
