Attendees interested in participating in the oratorical competition will indicate their interest during the registration process.  The deadline to register your Teen is November 12, 2023.

Please note that the teen must be 13 years old by the date of the cluster to participate. All participants must be registered to attend The 2023 Metropolitan Cluster Area Workday. 

The Oratorical Competition will take place on November 16, 2023 and will begin at 6:30. 

• Division I, ages 13-15
• Division II, ages 16-19
