BlackPast.org
BlackPast.org with the equivalent of 10,000 pages, is the largest and most comprehensive encyclopedia on African American and Global African History on the Internet today. Often called the Wikipedia of the Black Experience, it was founded on February 1, 2007 by Archon Quintard Taylor and his associates at the University of Washington.  BlackPast.org features more than 8,000 entries curated by volunteer and paid staff.  The entries are written by nearly 1,000 contributors from six continents including a number of Archons.  It also features entries on well over 200 prominent living and deceased Archons including the six fraternity founders, and a brief history of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity written exclusively for BlackPast.org by former Grand Sire Archon Rodney J. Reed.

Other features include Perspectives Online Magazine which has commentary on important events in Black history written often by individuals who witnessed them, the complete text of more than 300 speeches by African American and African political and cultural leaders since 1787, more than 160 primary documents including all major U.S. Supreme Court decision affecting African Americans since the founding of the high court, a Major Black Officeholders Section which has profiles of every major Black political figure elected to office since 1641, as well as special sections covering Black Inventors,  Black Museums, HBCUs, the oldest African American Churches, Black Landmarks and Monuments, profiles of all the African and Caribbean Heads of State, all Greek-Letter Black organizations and many other features.  Our Music Library, for example, lists over 700 songs produced by Black artists over the past 15 centuries.

Mileage Quest
Mileage Quest LLC is a technology company that developed a smartphone application which tracks mileage for those who use their personal vehicles for business-related travel. The company was established in October 2021 and the application was released on July 1, 2023. The app has been approved by Apple and can be purchased through the App Store. Currently, the app is offered in the iOS version and the anticipated Android version is expected to be released in early 2024.

Our app is cutting edge because it replaces the manual aspect of documenting mileage and allows the innovative technology of electronic calendars and the Global Positioning System (GPS) to integrate and generate reports that can be stored and retrieved indefinitely. The app is simple to install on your mobile device and setup takes less than five (5) minutes.

The unique capabilities of Mileage Quest include appointment tracking based on the user’s calendar. The point of origin triangulates with GPS to record trips or “events”. This documentation is critical in substantiating business mileage incurred on behalf of employers, clients, customers, and contractors.
