Greetings Sister Moms and Associates of the Sweet, Sweet Southeastern Region,

It is indeed an honor to greet each of you in the spirit of sisterhood and welcome you to the 34^th Biennial Mothers’ Regional Conference being held at the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa in Miami, FL; hosted by the Moms of the Miami and South Miami Chapters.

Your Southeastern Region Executive Board, along with the host chapters have been working tirelessly in preparation for an unforgettable conference experience as we come together for a time filled with love and a sweet, sweet spirit as we conduct the business of our region and celebrate The Legacy We Lead. You are indeed in for a treat as we further embrace and align ourselves with the mission, vision, and objectives of our beloved Jack and Jill. To our Miami and South Miami Chapter Sister Moms, thank you for your time, talents, and treasures as you have ensured that we have a memorable and enriching conference experience for ALL moms to enjoy.

We will kick off with business sessions and an evening to remember during our Sunset Soiree, elect our 2025-2027 Regional Executive Board, and immerse ourselves in engaging workshops to sharpen our Jack and Jill saws. We will of course provide service to the Miami community, be engaged in our legacy luncheon and cheer our tenuring moms on as they bridge over into Associate Land. Our Silver & Gold Affair on Saturday evening will exemplify how the Sweet, Sweet Southeastern Region shines different as we celebrate all that our region has accomplished over the past two years and we will close out on Sunday with a spirit-filled prayer breakfast and installation of new officers.  Moms, get ready for a time full of joy, laughter, and new memories with your fellow Sister Moms from across the region. As we come together, I ask that you drown yourselves in the rich history and sisterhood that the Sweet, Sweet Southeastern Region is known for and embrace the legacy that we lead. In addition to your membership development, I ask that you allow yourselves to connect with other mothers and forge new friendships as we work together, as one, for our children and for ALL children.

Sister Moms, it is time to reflect upon and refresh our Jack and Jill commitment. The work of Jack and Jill cannot be accomplished without you, and I am thankful and honored to have the opportunity to grow in our journey together. Thank you for your steadfast commitment to the premier African American family organization that we affectionately know as Jack and Jill of America, Inc. I’m excited and can’t wait to engage and fellowship with each of you! Long Live Jack and Jill!
