The Legacy We Lead: Supporting Community Health of South Florida (CHI) and the Future of Children's Mental Health

As part of our commitment to shaping a healthier future for South Florida, we are honored to support Community Health of South Florida (CHI)—a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing "health care for all, all in one place." Through our efforts, we aim to uphold the legacy of compassionate care by contributing to CHI’s vital initiatives, ensuring that every individual, regardless of circumstance, has access to quality healthcare.

CHI is pioneering the development of a Children’s Crisis Center, a first-of-its-kind facility in southern Miami-Dade County. This 11,400 sq. ft. center will serve as a safe haven for children facing severe mental health crises, providing intensive 24-hour inpatient care as well as outpatient services to ensure continuity of care and healing. With a dedicated team of child psychiatrists, social workers, and clinicians, CHI is leading the way in transforming mental health care for our community’s most vulnerable youth.

Through our monetary donation initiative, we are investing in the future of this groundbreaking project, supporting CHI’s mission to empower, heal, and uplift children and families in need. By joining this effort, we are not only giving back—we are shaping a lasting impact on the well-being of generations to come.

The Legacy We Lead: Supporting Chapman Partnership in Empowering the Homeless

As we continue to uphold a legacy of service and impact, we are proud to support Chapman Partnership, an organization dedicated to “Empowering the Homeless” by providing essential resources and pathways to self-sufficiency. With two Homeless Assistance Centers in Miami and Homestead, Chapman Partnership serves over 800 residents daily, including survivors of domestic violence, veterans, individuals with disabilities, unaccompanied youth, and justice-involved adults.

Our contribution to this mission is through essential item donations from the Chapman Partnership Wish List. These items—vital to the well-being and success of residents—help provide a foundation for stability, growth, and independence. As part of our effort, chapters will be divided to support both locations, ensuring broad-reaching support for those in need.

By giving, we honor the legacy we lead, making a lasting difference in the lives of South Florida’s most vulnerable populations. Together, we are not just meeting immediate needs—we are fostering a future of resilience and empowerment.
